La Galaure tire son nom de la rivi\u00e8re qui traverse la r\u00e9gion, symbole de la richesse naturelle et de la tranquillit\u00e9 qui caract\u00e9risent Hauterives. \u00c9tabli dans un b\u00e2timent historique, le restaurant a su pr\u00e9server son charme d’antan tout en se modernisant pour r\u00e9pondre aux attentes.<\/p>

La Galaure se situe \u00e0 quelques pas du palais id\u00e9al du facteur Cheval. Vous pouvez venir vous d\u00e9salt\u00e9rer avec des boissons atypiques (bubble tea, smoothie, caf\u00e9 frapp\u00e9). Ou vous restaurer avant ou apr\u00e8s votre visite. La Galaure met un point d’honneur \u00e0 utiliser des ingr\u00e9dients locaux.
